Mortise Locks13 Make motor and sensor connectionsFrom the inside of the door, make the motorconnection, the key override sensor connection (EVand FV functions) † , and the deadbolt sensorconnection (FV and LV functions).Note 1: It is physically possible to connect the keyoverride sensor connector from the mortise case to thebattery connector from the wire harness. To avoid thismistake, connect only the connectors with matching wirecolors.Note 2: The upgrade cable is used for reprogrammingthe lock’s firmware without removing the lock from thedoor.
