Limited Support<br />
IT <strong>Services</strong> will provide minimum support for the products listed in this section.<br />
This support will be scheduled on a time permitting basis and will not take<br />
precedence over core institute support initiatives.<br />
Limited Support products have the following characteristics:<br />
� The use of these products must serve the interests of <strong>BCIT</strong><br />
� IT <strong>Services</strong> may be involved in the installation, but will not provide<br />
software support for usage of these products<br />
� Support must be cost-effective<br />
� Valid licences exist<br />
� Non-warranty hardware support is subject to parts availability and<br />
approval of cost recovery from the department requesting the service<br />
� IT <strong>Services</strong> cannot guarantee that these products or systems will work in<br />
the <strong>BCIT</strong> environment<br />
