Service description<br />
Management of <strong>BCIT</strong> owned cell phone and mobility devices<br />
Activities include:<br />
� Provisioning of standard mobility devices including cell phones and<br />
Blackberry devices (See Appendix I for current supported devices)<br />
� Management of mobility calling plans (including long distance, roaming<br />
plans, etc.)<br />
Service characteristics<br />
Ongoing service that is renegotiated annually.<br />
Mobility Support Hours:<br />
M – F: 08:00 – 16:30, excluding Institute holidays<br />
