Staff:<br />
All staff are eligible for the following:<br />
� A BES licence to synchronize an institute owned Blackberry device.<br />
� Setup and basic configuration of Blackberry devices.<br />
� Troubleshooting of supported devices. (See Appendix I – Blackberry<br />
section)<br />
Affiliates and other non-<strong>BCIT</strong> groups (e.g. Student Association and<br />
Unions):<br />
Support will be provided as outlined in your Service Level Agreement.<br />
Not included:<br />
� Training<br />
� Macintosh clients<br />
� Blackberry syncing from more than one computer<br />
� Student access<br />
� Personal mobility devices<br />
Business processes enabled by this service<br />
This service supports Blackberry syncing access to Outlook e-mail, calendars<br />
and address books for <strong>BCIT</strong> staff.<br />
Customer role<br />
Contact the Service Desk to report syncing problems to the Outlook e-mail,<br />
calendars and address books.<br />
Clients must ensure adherence to all <strong>BCIT</strong> policies, including <strong>BCIT</strong> Policies<br />
#3501 / #3502.<br />
