Customers of this service<br />

Students:<br />

All students and prospects will have access to Online Self Service (via my<strong>BCIT</strong>).<br />

Staff:<br />

All administrative and instructional staff are eligible for the following support:<br />

� Access to Banner, Online Self Service, <strong>BCIT</strong> Reporting and Lotus Notes<br />

applications.<br />

� Consulting services (including technology solutions, application<br />

requirements and design)<br />

Public:<br />

Access to select Lotus Notes applications through “public access”.<br />

Affiliates and other non-<strong>BCIT</strong> groups (e.g. Student Association and<br />

Unions):<br />

Support will be provided as outlined in your Service Level Agreement.<br />

Access to applications:<br />

� Banner is available to all authorized <strong>BCIT</strong> Staff, Students and Prospects.<br />

Access levels will vary depending on role and authorization.<br />

� <strong>BCIT</strong> Reporting is available to all authorized <strong>BCIT</strong> staff. Access levels will<br />

vary depending on role and authorization.<br />

� Lotus Notes applications are available to all members in our Domino<br />

directories. This includes most <strong>BCIT</strong> staff and any students or public that<br />

have registered into the directory through an appropriate application.<br />

Some applications provide public access where no registration is required.<br />

Not included:<br />

� Training – contact HR Systems & Skills Training (604-432-8333) for<br />

Banner Navigation and <strong>BCIT</strong> Reporting training.<br />
