ANDRAKO, Victoria E. (Laskowsky)<br />

DEARBORN,Mich. - Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Barbara's National<br />

Catholic Church, Houtzdale, for Victoria E. (Laskowsky) Andrako, 70, of Dearborn,<br />

Mich., and formerly of Whiteside, Houtzdale RD, who died Wednesday in Michigan. Fr.<br />

Vincent Cieslewicz will be celebrant. Interment will be at St. Barbara's National Catholic<br />

Cemetery in Houtzdale. Friends will be received at the Kruise Funeral Home Inc., Ramey<br />

on Sunday from 4-6 p.m. and on Monday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Vigil services will be held<br />

Sunday at 5:30 p.m. with Fr. Cieslewicz. Born July 23, 1931, in Whiteside, she was the<br />

daughter of the late James and Mildred (Worzeak) Laskowsky. She was a member of St.<br />

Barbara's National Catholic Church in Houtzdale. She was a homemaker. She is survived<br />

<strong>by</strong> one daughter, Mrs. Stanley (Sandra) Fraczek of Grosse Island, Mich., and one son,<br />

Carl J. of Lakewood, Ohio; one grand-daughter, Julia Fraczek of Gross Island, Mich.;<br />

two sisters, Mrs. Mike (Catherine) Rusnak, of Fernwood and Madeline Saupp of<br />

Houtzdale; and four brothers, Charles Laskowsky of Ginter, James Laskowsky of Maui,<br />

Hawaii, Michael Laskowsky of Whiteside, Houtzdale RD, and Francis "Fuzzy"<br />

Laskowsky of Houtzdale; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death <strong>by</strong><br />

her parents, her husband, Carl Andrako, a brother, Martin and a sister, Patricia. (The<br />

ANNA, Stella (Holobinko)<br />

ANNA--Stella, 68, Hastings, died Aug. 8, 2001, at home. Born Feb. 11, 1933, in Madera,<br />

Pa., daughter of late Wasco and Anna (Dyord) Holobinko. Preceded in death <strong>by</strong> infant<br />

sister; two infant brothers; and brothers, Mike, Andy, John and Samuel. Survived <strong>by</strong><br />

husband, Joseph; children, Joseph, Hastings; Michael, and wife, Janine Spargo, Hastings;<br />

James, Hastings; and Christine, and husband, Brian Lieb, Carrolltown; and<br />

grandchildren, Ryan Grove; Stephanie, Melissa and Joshua Anna; and Jacob, Zachary<br />

and Breanna Lieb. Sister of Kathryn Bartosh, New Jersey; Frank, Madera; Basil,<br />

Northern Cambria; Mary Boone, Fostoria, Ohio; George, Clearfield; Peter Hall, Banning,<br />

Calif.; Irene Jones, Houtzdale; and Mrs. Herbert (Annie) Hawkins, Glen Hope. Also<br />

survived <strong>by</strong> several nieces and nephews. Private visitation. Funeral Mass will be held at<br />

11 a.m. Friday at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Hastings. Committal, church cemetery. In<br />

ARDEN, John<br />

Valparaiso - John Arden, 80, of Valparaiso, formerly of Tolleston, passed away Monday,<br />

December 13, 1999 at his home. He was born January 26, 1919 in Gary the son of<br />

Vassily and Kasia (Stachurska) Arden, graduated from Tolleston High School, served in<br />

the U.S. Army during WW II and retired as an Industrial Engineer with American Bridge<br />

Company in 1974 after 30 years of service. He was a lifetime member of the Sportsman's<br />

Club and an avid lifetime golfer. On December 20, 1941 he married Glendora Elliott who<br />

survives along with five children, Jan (Jane) Arden of Valparaiso, Glendora (Michael)<br />

Spinelli of Springfield, VA, Thomas Arden of Crete, IL, Ronald (Cynthia) Arden of Zion,<br />

IL, Sandra (Timothy) Patterson of Valparaiso, two brothers, Frank Arden of<br />

Albuquerque, NM, Paul Arden of Richardson, TX, and eleven grandchildren. He was
