Anna (Warholic) Howiler (1927 - 2010) Anna (Warholic) Howiler, age 83, of Mentor for<br />

the past 59 years. died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010, at Altercare of Mentor. She was born<br />

Nov. 15, 1927, in Coalport, Pa. Mrs. Howiler retired in 1997 from<br />

Willo-Hill Industries in Willough<strong>by</strong>, where she worked for 30 years.<br />

She was the former owner/operator of the Variety Bar in Grand River.<br />

She loved to cook and was a great homemaker, and Great Entertainer,<br />

who loved to host family dinners and especially 4th of July and<br />

Christmas gatherings. Survivors are her children, Robert (Shel<strong>by</strong>)<br />

Howiler of Chester Township, Patricia (Wally) Yohe of Mentor, Karl<br />

Howiler of Lakeline, Fla. and Ken (Sue) Howiler of Painesville;<br />

grandchildren, Rob and Daniel Howiler, Chris (Stacie) Head, Kamber<br />

(Desiree Howiler), and Liz, Paul and Dave Howiler; four greatgrandchildren;<br />

six sisters and three brothers. She was preceded in<br />

death <strong>by</strong> her parents, George and Mary Warholic; one sister; three brothers; and one<br />

great-grandchild. Funeral Mass will be 9:30 Thursday at St. Bede the Venerable Church,<br />

9114 Lakeshore Blvd., Mentor. Everyone is to please meet at the church. Visitation will<br />

be Wednesday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Brunner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 8466<br />

Mentor Ave., Mentor 44060. Interment will be in Mentor Cemetery in Mentor. Online<br />

HOWILER, Shel<strong>by</strong> Jean (Stacy)[Bailey]<br />

CHESTLAND, Ohio — Shel<strong>by</strong> Jean Stacy (Bailey) Howiler, 70, Chestland, Ohio<br />

formerly of Grundy, Va. passed away Nov. 29, 2012 at Chardon Health Care. Born Feb.<br />

18, 1942 in Grundy, Va., she was the daughter of the late Frederick<br />

and Rebecca Stacy. She was a devout Christian and cared for people<br />

her whole life. She worked in nursing homes for over 30 years.<br />

Shel<strong>by</strong> was passionate about singing and hugging. She was a loving<br />

wife, mother and grandmother. She was the sister, aunt, cousin and<br />

friend to many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death<br />

<strong>by</strong> her first husband, Zeldon Bailey and son, Timothy Bailey; sisters,<br />

Naomie Stacy Campbell, Mildred Stacy Keene, Lydia Stacy Adams,<br />

Anita Stacy Maggard, Gertrude Stacy Short and Pansy Stacy;<br />

brothers, Radford, Harold, James and Clinard Stacy and an infant<br />

sibling. Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Bob Howiler of Chestland, Ohio;<br />

sons, Dwayne Bailey and wife Jo of North Perry, Ohio, Michael Bailey of Clarion, Pa.;<br />

grandchildren, Brandon, Elizabeth Ann and Olivia; sister, Marie Stacy Dotson of Grundy,<br />

Va.; brothers, Barnes Stacy of Grundy, Va., Freddy Stacy Jr. of Grundy, Va. Also<br />

surviving are a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Funeral<br />

services for Shel<strong>by</strong> Jean Stacy Howiler will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, 11 a.m. at<br />

the Virginia Funeral Home Chapel, Grundy, Va. with the Rev. Michael Ash<strong>by</strong> officiating<br />

with burial to follow in the Stacy Family Cemetery, Stone Coal Road, Grundy, Va. The<br />

family will receive friends on Monday evening at 6 p.m. at the Virginia Funeral Home<br />

where a service will be held at 7 p.m. Serving as pallbearers will be Hassell Dotson, JD<br />

Adams, Sonny Charles, Ronnie Adams, and family and friends. Virginia Funeral Home<br />
