Mrs. Randy (Linda) Hayward of Somerset and 13 grandchildren. Also surviving are a<br />
brother and five sisters, Walter Bungo of Bradenton, Fla., Mary Henshaw, Catherine<br />
Saupp and Mrs. Michael (Suzanne) Bersonsky all of Smithmill, Eve Rossi of Tipton and<br />
Irene Bobinchak of Suncity Az., and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in<br />
death <strong>by</strong> his parents his first wife, Rose Marie (Kowalczyk) Bungo who died April 3,<br />
1986 four brothers Robert, Peter, Mike and infant brother John; and four sisters Marge,<br />

John "Bundy" Bungo, 91, Hollidaysburg Veterans Home, formerly of Viola, Smithmill<br />
RD, died Monday. He was born in Viola, son of Frank and Nancy (Latosky) Bungo.<br />
Surviving is a brother, Michael. He was an Army veteran of WWII. Friends will be<br />
received from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home, Houtzdale. Liturgy<br />
of Repose will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Vladimir Ukranian Orthodox<br />

BUNGO, Kenneth William<br />
Kenneth William Bungo, 45, of Ginter passed away at 11:20 PM, Friday, May 17, 2013.<br />
He was born on Sept. 22, 1967 in Philipsburg, a son of Eugene D. and Sandra L.<br />
(Wilkinson) Bungo of Smithmill. Kenneth was a 1989 graduate of the Moshannon Valley<br />
High School and served in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a Truck Driver for Castelli Oil &<br />
Gas Services and perviously for RNI Trucking of Falls Creek. In addition to his parents,<br />
Kenneth is survived <strong>by</strong>; a daughter, Natasha Mulhall of Clearfield; a son, Peter G. Bungo<br />
of Pittsburgh; and a grandson. Kenneth is survived <strong>by</strong> two sisters, Tina Ransorf and her<br />
husband Jim of Philipsburg; and Kathy Brown and her husband Patrick of Viola. A<br />
number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. He was preceded in<br />
death <strong>by</strong> his paternal grandparents, Peter and Vivian "Betty" Bungo and his maternal<br />
grandparents, Elwood and Helen Wilkinson. A Parastas Service will be held on<br />
Wednesday, May 22 at 6:00 PM in the Kruise Funeral Home, Inc., Ramey, with Fr. Paul<br />
Bigelow officiating. Memorial donations be made to; Eugene & Sandy Bungo 35 Viola<br />

BUNGO, Lena (Droll)<br />
SMOKE RUN - Mrs. Lena E. Bungo, 72, of Smoke Run, died Saturday, Sept. 3, at 10:05<br />
a.m. in Philipsburg State General Hospital. Born Oct. 25, 1914, in West Decatur, she was<br />
a daughter of William M. and Emma M. (Stonebraker) Droll. She was preceded in death<br />
<strong>by</strong> her parents, brothers Lloyd and Russell, and sisters Iva Turner and Mildred Britton.<br />
She was married on Aug. 21, 1939, to Henry "Moon" Bungo, who survives along with<br />
son Robert Droll of Madera R.D., brother William of West Decatur, sister Geraldine<br />
Perks of Chester Hill, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a number of nieces<br />
and nephews. She and her husband owned and operated Moon's Bar in Smoke Run.<br />
Earlier she was employed as an inspector with Campalong Sewing Factory of Madera<br />
and the Viceroy Sewing Factory. She was a member of the Faith United Lutheran
