Instrument Company, Long Island, N.Y. Born in Hauto, she was a daughter of the late<br />

Theodore and Helena (Olesnovitch) Warholak. She was a member of the Episcopal<br />

Parish of St. Mark and St. John, Jim Thorpe, Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Rose<br />

LaRizzio of Bethlehem and Mrs. Mary Kovach of Emmaus; and several nieces and<br />

nephews. The Edward F. Melber Funeral Home, 524 Center St., Jim Thorpe, is in<br />

JONES, Jaimie T. (Shutack)<br />

Jamie T. Jones, 40, of Apollo, died Monday, February 13, 2006, in Avonmore. She was<br />

born March 10, 1965, in Pittsburgh. Mrs. Jones lived in Apollo most of her married life,<br />

and was employed <strong>by</strong> Flemming Nursery. She was preceded in death <strong>by</strong> her husband,<br />

Derrick C. Jones, who also died February 13, 2006; and her grandparents, Dorothy and<br />

Howard Walmsley. Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Judith and Hosea<br />

Oldham of Virginia Beach, Virginia; three children, David A. Stewart, Jessica L. Stewart,<br />

and Quintin C. Jones, all of Apollo; her brother, James R. "J.R." (Fanny) Shutack of<br />

Manassas, Virginia; her sister, Judy Lynn (John) O'Donell of North Versailles; her<br />

grandmother, Mary Louise Oldham of Sanford, Florida; and many aunts, uncles, nieces,<br />

nephews, and cousins. There will be no public visitation. A memorial service for Jamie<br />

and her husband, Derrick, will be held in the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and<br />

Crematory, Inc., 100 Owens View Avenue, Apollo, on Saturday February 18, 2006, at<br />

10:00 a.m. Reverend Robert Shallenberger will officiate. Interment will be private.(A<br />

JONES, Mary D (Bungo) [Franek]<br />

Smithmill-----Funeral services will be held at St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church,<br />

Philipsburg at 10 a.m. Friday for Mary D. (Bungo) Franek Jones, 79, formerly of<br />

Smithmill , who died at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct 16, 2001, at Pres<strong>by</strong>terian Home of<br />

Moshannon Valley, Philipsburg. Fr. Daniel Donovan will officiate. Interment will follow<br />

at Bald Eagle Pres<strong>by</strong>terian Cemetery, Port Matilda. Friends will be received at Kruise<br />

Funeral Home Inc., Ramey, today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Born June 16, 1922, in<br />

Smithmill she was a daughter of John and Catherine (Tokarchick) Bungo. Mrs. Jones<br />

retired in 1976 after being employed <strong>by</strong> Sylvania, Houtzdale and Altoona, as a factory<br />

worker for 20 years. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Nativity of St. John the<br />

Baptist Orthodox Church, Philipsburg. On July 19, 1966 in Winchester, Va., she wed<br />

Robert C. Jones of Curwensville. In addition, she is survived <strong>by</strong> two sons, Roy Franek,<br />

and his wife Eileen, of Houtzdale and Russell Franek of Philipsburg; two grandchildren,<br />

Scott Franek, of Lawrence, Kan. and Dana Franek of Philipsburg, a sister and two<br />

brothers, Anna Berzansky of Philipsburg, Metro Bungo and his wife Evelyn of Deltona<br />

Beach, Fla. John Bungo and his wife Ann, of Willough<strong>by</strong>, Ohio and numerous nieces and<br />

nephews. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death <strong>by</strong> her parents , her first husband, Martin<br />

Franek a brother Charles; and sisters Christine J. Washic, Evelyn and an infant sister Joy<br />

Kathleen. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Pres<strong>by</strong>terian Home of<br />

Moshannon Valley, 200 Medical Center Drive, Philipsburg, Pa. 16866, (The Progress,<br />

Clearfield, PA, Oct 18, 2001).<br />
