Passion for wine has been in the family<br />
Forstreiter’s DNA for centuries: this<br />
wine estate has been in family hands<br />
since 1868. The estate is situated in the historic<br />
wine hamlet of Hollenburg, which belongs<br />
to the city of Krems on the Danube River in<br />
the Kremstal wine region. Saint Severin was<br />
documented as producing wine in this area in<br />
400 A.D. <strong>Wine</strong> quality stems from the vineyard<br />
and so it is with optimal soil and canopy<br />
management that the family makes its production.<br />
