is the motto of family Haider.<br />
They’ve earned the right to say so, with innumerable<br />
successes on the Austrian and international<br />
wine stage. Standards have been<br />
set high for the young vintner couple<br />
Theresa and Gerhard, the fourth generation<br />
to manage the estate. One could say that<br />
everything is new except the wines and the<br />
quality, with the couple taking over the reins<br />
from Gerhard’s father Martin. Thirteen different<br />
varieties are planted on sand, gravel,<br />
and chernozem soils. The soil and the unique<br />
climate are the source of equally unique<br />
wines. All white and noble sweet wines are<br />
vinified in stainless steel. The complete series<br />
of Haider wines excels with finesse, elegance,<br />
fruit and varietal character. Botrytis<br />
and honey notes accentuate the inimitable<br />
character of the region. The red wines of the<br />
house appear in two styles – one is<br />
easy-drinking and fruity, while the reserve<br />
wines are powerful and voluptuous with<br />
plenty of character.<br />

zest, fresh pineapple and delicate blossom honey. Lusciously<br />
sweet and creamy texture with ripe yellow<br />
peach elegantly lifted with a fine spine of acid. Very well<br />
balanced and equipped with a long finish and superb<br />

nutmeg nuances, mandarin zest, oleander and fresh blossom<br />
honey comprise an inviting bouquet. Lusciously sweet, complex<br />
and creamy. Pineapple and delicate vegetal nuances mingle<br />
