Dark ruby with purple highlights and a subtle transparent<br />
rim. Intense toasty aromas reminiscent of mocha and caramel<br />
mingle with blackberry fruit and a touch of liquorice.<br />
Full-bodied and structured with well-integrated tannin and<br />
refreshing acidity. Sweetly extracted berry fruit lingers on<br />
the long finish. Very good potential for further development.<br />

The Böheim <strong>Wine</strong>ry is nestled in the<br />
Arbesthaler hills of Austria's wine region<br />
Carnuntum. The production assortment<br />
includes both red and white wines. The appetizing<br />
blend called “Stuhlwerker Privat” excels<br />
each year, but usually requires a bit of time before<br />
the oak fully integrates; the delicious<br />
“Stuhl werker” blend offers more immediate<br />
drinking pleasure. Blaufränkish is increasingly<br />
the focus of this producer and his examples<br />
show that there is truly potential for this variety<br />
in Carnuntum. These wines impress with<br />
deep colour and good potential. Grüner Veltliner<br />
is the flagship variety among the white wines.<br />
Consistent success and top places at the “Falstaff<br />
Grüner Veltliner Grand Prix” confirm this<br />
producer's quality efforts. The Böheim wines<br />
offer superb quality for the price.<br />
