7. You agree to give HCR at least 40 days written notice <strong>of</strong> your intention to vacate the<br />

property on a permanent basis in accordance with the relevant Service regulations<br />

relating to the SSFA Scheme, with any such notice to be forwarded by fax and posted<br />

In cases where this is not possible due to service reasons, an explanation is to be<br />

forwarded with the notice. In other cases you may be held liable for any charge<br />

levied against MOD.<br />

8. HCR may terminate this Licence by giving you not less than 40 days written notice if:<br />

8.1 You fail to comply with your obligations under this Licence;<br />

8.2 HCR are requested by the MOD Project Manager to terminate this Licence;<br />

9. HCR may terminate this Licence by giving you less than 40 days written notice if:<br />

9.1 Destruction or damage renders the Property uninhabitable as a residence;<br />

or<br />

9.2 HCR, the Landlord or his mortgage requires possession <strong>of</strong> the Property<br />

10 You should communicate any matters arising from this Licence to the MoD Project<br />
