spouse/partner from the date <strong>of</strong> Your death.<br />

5.5.2 Where, during the period following Your death, the Property is required by Us<br />

under paragraph 5.2.7 <strong>of</strong> this Licence, We will do Our best to relocate Your spouse/civil<br />

partner and dependent children, at Our expense, to a property <strong>of</strong> a similar type at the<br />

same location.<br />

5.5.3 6 months after Your death We will conduct a review <strong>of</strong> Your spouse/civil partner’s<br />

and dependent children’s longer term housing requirements, in consultation with the<br />

Visiting Officer/Welfare Officer and Your spouse/civil partner. Where these are not clear<br />

at that stage We will conduct subsequent reviews at three monthly intervals.<br />

5.5.4 When the longer term housing requirements <strong>of</strong> Your spouse/civil partner and<br />

dependent children have become clear We will end this Licence (or subsequent licence in<br />

force) upon 93 days’ written notice for SFA and 40 days notice for SSFA.<br />

5.5.5 Upon the expiry <strong>of</strong> such written notice We will relocate Your spouse/civil partner<br />

and dependent children at Our expense (limited to reasonable removal expenses and the<br />

appropriate Disturbance Allowance at Lower (Army Basic) rate).<br />

6. YOUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LICENCE<br />

6.1 Things You Must Always Do<br />

6.1.1 You must pay the Service Family Accommodation Charge and CILOCT in<br />

accordance with paragraph 3 <strong>of</strong> this Licence. You must also continue to pay the<br />

appropriate level <strong>of</strong> Service Family Accommodation Charge if the type or grade <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Property is changed.<br />

6.1.2 You must observe and comply with all security and other instructions issued by<br />

the Services, Us or by Our representatives or agents and ensure that members <strong>of</strong> Your<br />

household and any visitors also do so.<br />

6.1.3 You must make any necessary arrangements with the appropriate providers for<br />

the supply <strong>of</strong> gas, electricity, telephone and other services not included within the Family<br />

Quarter Charge and pay for a Television (TV) Licence if it is Your intention to install or<br />

use a television. You must pay the appropriate companies all <strong>of</strong> their charges for their<br />

services including any connection charges.<br />

6.1.4 You must only use the Property as a single private dwelling for Yourself, Your<br />

spouse/civil partner and, if applicable, Your dependent children as defined in <strong>JSP</strong> <strong>464</strong>.<br />

You must not, without Our prior written consent, use the Property or any part <strong>of</strong> it for any<br />

other purpose nor allow anyone else to do so.<br />

6.1.5 You must keep the Property clean and the garden tidy and free from weeds with<br />

lawns cut and hedges trimmed.<br />

6.1.6 You must obtain Our prior written consent before keeping any domestic pets e.g.<br />

dogs, cats, rabbits, other small caged animals or birds. At the end <strong>of</strong> your licence, you will<br />

be required to leave the property to move out standard and provide evidence that the floor<br />

coverings and/or s<strong>of</strong>t furnishings (in the case <strong>of</strong> cats and dogs) have had an appropriate<br />
