ACCOMMODATION CHARGES FOR NON ENTITLED (ELIGIBLE)<br />

PERSONNEL<br />

0418. Charging regimes for non entitled (eligible) occupants <strong>of</strong> surplus SFA. Nonentitled<br />

personnel who are considered to be eligible to occupy temporarily surplus SFA will<br />

be liable to pay accommodation charges as follows:<br />

0419. Single (and unaccompanied) Service personnel. Single and unaccompanied<br />

Service personnel occupying temporarily surplus SFA pay the entitled rate <strong>of</strong> SFA charge<br />

(as recommended by the AFPRB), and SFA CILOCT (abated by 25% for single<br />

occupancy).<br />

0420. Other non entitled (eligible) occupants. Other non entitled (eligible) occupants<br />

are to be charged the local market rate (determined by DIO), unless there are particular<br />

agreements with the MOD which may specify a different charging regime. Further<br />

direction on accommodation charging for non entitled personnel is contained in<br />

2009DIN08-007 which is sponsored by MOD Fin Pol (Repayment)1b.<br />

0421. F&C personnel. F&C personnel are to be charged the non entitled rate determined<br />

by MOD Fin Pol (Repayment)1b, unless they are on an exchange appointment with UK<br />

Forces, or subject to reciprocal training agreements, or Memoranda <strong>of</strong> Understanding<br />

which specify that charges other than the non entitled rate will apply.<br />
