- Abide by the Customer Supplier Agreements with the Services.<br />
- Abide by the terms and conditions <strong>of</strong> the Licence to Occupy.<br />
- Input relevant details into JPA in order that charges for the period <strong>of</strong> occupation<br />
<strong>of</strong> the SFA may be deducted from the Licensee’s pay.<br />
- Ensure that an effective system exists to address issues direct with occupants<br />
prior to seeking the support and assistance <strong>of</strong> the Service chain <strong>of</strong> command.<br />
- Seek the support and assistance <strong>of</strong> the Service chain <strong>of</strong> command in facilitating<br />
the resolution <strong>of</strong> issues at the local level on those occasions when input from the<br />
Service authorities and specialist welfare, medical and educational agencies and<br />
organisations is necessary.<br />
- Seek vacant possession <strong>of</strong> the property through the courts in accordance with<br />
the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 in the event that Licensees fail to vacate SFA<br />
on expiry <strong>of</strong> the appropriate notice.<br />
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LICENSEE<br />
4. The Licensee will:<br />
- Abide by TSARs - <strong>JSP</strong> <strong>464</strong> Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 (as applicable for type <strong>of</strong><br />
accommodation occupied).<br />
- Sign the Licence to Occupy and abide by its terms and conditions<br />
- Permit SFA charges and CILOCT to be deducted from their pay.<br />
- Seek to resolve issues direct with the Housing Authority in the first instance<br />
prior to seeking the support and assistance <strong>of</strong> the Service chain <strong>of</strong> command.<br />
- When necessary, seek the assistance <strong>of</strong> the appropriate Service chain <strong>of</strong><br />
command in facilitating the resolution <strong>of</strong> housing related issues and in raising<br />
complaints where their involvement, and the involvement <strong>of</strong> specialist welfare,<br />
medical and educational agencies is appropriate.<br />
