8.2.2 any Service Family Accommodation Charge or CILOCT owed to Us;<br />

8.2.3 any sum We have to spend to make good the effects <strong>of</strong> any breach <strong>of</strong> Your<br />

obligations under this Licence;<br />

8.2.4 any other sum which may become due from You to Us under this Licence;<br />

8.2.5 damages for Your unlawful occupation <strong>of</strong> the Property after expiry <strong>of</strong> a notice <strong>of</strong><br />

termination given under paragraph 5;<br />

8.2.6 all legal costs incurred by Us in recovering possession <strong>of</strong> the Property; and<br />

8.2.7 any other sum We are entitled to recover from You<br />

8.3 If You fail to comply with the obligation contained in paragraph 6.1.11 You will be<br />

liable for all losses or damage that We may suffer, including, but not necessarily limited to,<br />

Our reasonable costs <strong>of</strong> cleaning, disinfestations and refuse removal.<br />

9. OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU<br />

9.1 So long as You comply with the terms <strong>of</strong> this Licence, We will allow You to occupy<br />

the Property subject to the terms <strong>of</strong> this Licence.<br />

9.2 In cases where You, and/or Your spouse/civil partner and dependent children are<br />

in unlawful occupation and refuse to give up possession <strong>of</strong> the Property We will not seek<br />

to enforce Our right to possession without first obtaining an Order <strong>of</strong> the Court.<br />

9.3 We are responsible for the maintenance and repair <strong>of</strong> the fabric <strong>of</strong> the Property,<br />

including the internal and external decorative condition <strong>of</strong> the Property, and any<br />

installations and appliances that We may have provided with the Property. This means<br />

that:<br />

9.3.1 We will do our best to keep the Property in a good state <strong>of</strong> decoration in<br />

accordance with the timescales given in the DIO Ops Accommodation – A Guide to Living<br />

in SFA.<br />

9.3.2 We are not responsible for any damage caused by You, any member <strong>of</strong> Your<br />

household, Your pets, or anyone You have allowed in the Property or their pets and We<br />

will not pay to repair such damage. We may agree to repair such damage provided that<br />

You pay Us the costs <strong>of</strong> such repair before We undertake the work.<br />

9.3.3 When You notify Us <strong>of</strong> any defect or disrepair to the Property, We will do Our<br />

best to repair the Property within the timescales given in the DIO Ops Accommodation –<br />

A Guide to Living in SFA.<br />

9.4 When You notify Us <strong>of</strong> any problem with any installations which We have provided<br />

for space heating, water heating, sanitation and for the supply <strong>of</strong> water gas and electricity<br />

We will do Our best to repair them and to restore them to proper working order within the<br />

timescales given in the DIO Ops Accommodation - A Guide to Living in SFA. These<br />

installations include: -<br />
