� advise on limits on who can own and control <strong>Australian</strong> media<br />

outlets;<br />

� encourage diversity among the more influential broadcasting<br />

services.<br />

� support the collection and delivery of letters, parcels and other<br />

mail;<br />

� advise on guidelines;<br />

� advise on standards for pricing and processing, such as ensuring<br />

dangerous goods are intercepted;<br />

� design and issue postage stamps.<br />

� support industries that publish and distribute information via print or<br />

electronic media (including industries that edit and publish material<br />

� advise on publishing regulations, standards and guidelines;<br />
