98 Cambodia The Project Steering Committee will be chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers. The committee will be established prior to project appraisal. The Members include the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MOPWT), Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), Ministry of Country Planning, Urbanization & Construction (MPUC), Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF), and Sihaknukvile City (SHV). D. Implementation schedule This project will be implemented over a period of three years, from January 2008 to January 2010.
