B. Cost estimates and financing plan<br />
The total cost of <strong>the</strong> project is estimated at US$ 1.2 million, of<br />
which 0.80 is <strong>the</strong> <strong>for</strong>eign exchange and 0.40 is <strong>the</strong> local cost. The cost<br />
estimate includes contingencies, but excludes tax, duties; and physical, and<br />
price contingency charges during <strong>the</strong> project implementation. It is expected<br />
that ADB, United Nations agencies, and <strong>the</strong> private sector will provide a<br />
grant of US$ 1.2 million and <strong>the</strong> <strong>Government</strong> would contribute <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
staffing, duties, and taxes.<br />

C. Implementation arrangements<br />
The Division of International Financial Institution, Ministry of Foreign<br />
Affairs will be <strong>the</strong> implementing agency.<br />
D. Implementation schedule<br />
The project will be implemented over a period of three years<br />
starting in June 2005 and ending in May 2008.<br />
E. Technical and economic justifications<br />
The project will directly benefit <strong>the</strong> public and private sectors, and<br />
donors by linking <strong>the</strong>se stakeholders directly to a computerized in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />
sharing system. This project is <strong>the</strong> initial stage of setting up an egovernment<br />
network <strong>for</strong> ODA coordination.<br />
Sustainability depends on operation and maintenance. However, after<br />
completion of <strong>the</strong> project, sustainability will rely on staff capacity, and <strong>the</strong><br />
ability to provide better services to <strong>the</strong> citizens.<br />
