C. Implementation arrangements<br />
The Executing Agency <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> project will be His Majesty’s<br />
<strong>Government</strong> Ministry of In<strong>for</strong>mation and Communications (MoIC). The<br />
project will be coordinated with donor agencies and <strong>the</strong> Ministry of Local<br />
<strong>Development</strong>. A Project Steering Committee will be <strong>for</strong>med under <strong>the</strong><br />
leadership of MoIC Secretary. The District <strong>Development</strong> Committee (DDC)<br />
will work as a local implementing agency, and a Project Management Unit<br />
will act as a coordinating agency. Ten districts will establish in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />
centres.<br />
D. Benefits<br />
Approximately 60 thousand people are directly benefited, and <strong>the</strong><br />
effects of <strong>the</strong> project will be extended to o<strong>the</strong>r parts of <strong>the</strong> country.<br />
