B. Cost estimate and financing plan<br />

Cost components:<br />

• International consultants. This will be required at <strong>the</strong> start of<br />

<strong>the</strong> project to oversee <strong>the</strong> overall plan (implementation and<br />

review) and provide quality assurances input. These resources<br />

will be shared across <strong>the</strong> two hundred (200) locations.<br />

• Domestic consultants. This will be done through engaging a<br />

non-governmental organization. It will oversee <strong>the</strong> implementation<br />

and <strong>the</strong> review of <strong>the</strong> project.<br />

• Equipment. As described in <strong>the</strong> model above.<br />

• Software. As described in <strong>the</strong> model above.<br />

• Building. There will be costs <strong>for</strong> building, fixing or modifying<br />

<strong>the</strong> building.<br />

• Furniture. Furniture will be required <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> 400 computers<br />

(table and chairs), <strong>the</strong> facilitator’s computer, printers and fax,<br />

teaching board (white board).<br />

• Training, seminars and conferences. For <strong>the</strong> site, <strong>the</strong>re will<br />

be an ongoing training everyday (or every o<strong>the</strong>r day) conducted<br />

by <strong>the</strong> NGO. That is why <strong>the</strong> training will be given to <strong>the</strong> NGO<br />

(train-<strong>the</strong>-trainer mode). After one (1) year, <strong>the</strong>re will be a<br />

seminar held to display <strong>the</strong> implementation results held in<br />

Jakarta.<br />

• Research, development and surveys. Research will be<br />

conducted in conjunction with an Indonesian university and<br />

donor. Surveys and o<strong>the</strong>r research instruments will be used<br />

accordingly.<br />
