C. Implementation arrangements<br />

In <strong>the</strong> initial phase of project development, a team or a section must<br />

be established to deal with <strong>the</strong> agenda of each stakeholder.<br />

This project requires collaboration from several stakeholders:<br />

• Project Management Office: responsible <strong>for</strong> driving <strong>the</strong> project<br />

and coordinating with o<strong>the</strong>r stakeholders<br />

• Ministry of ICT: Provide in<strong>for</strong>mation on possible areas and<br />

ICT technical assistance. Seek help from <strong>the</strong> private sector<br />

in ICT investment, and set up <strong>the</strong> community e-centre<br />

(telecentre)<br />

• Ministry of Tourism and Sport: provide standard guideline <strong>for</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> project. Responsible <strong>for</strong> marketing, promotion and <strong>for</strong>mulating<br />

home stay standards<br />

• Ministry of Interior: provide support in locality services across<br />

<strong>the</strong> country<br />

• Ministry of Education: provide ICT training in <strong>for</strong>eign language<br />

instruction<br />

• Local government: support <strong>the</strong> project implementation in local<br />

area<br />

• Public company: share cost, share knowledge<br />

• Local educational institute: provide ICT training, language<br />

classes, and provide ICT maintenance<br />
