ANHANG D: AS 3900, Prep 149 Die Vorspülung wird im Prep-Modus nicht ausgeführt. Die Ausdehnung der Flüssigkeit in der Probenschleife beim Umschalten von INJECT auf LOAD würde Probenanteile aus Nadel und Schlauch drücken. Um das Volumen der Nadel und des Probenschlauches zu kompensieren, wird das programmierte Schlauchvolumen (voreingestellt sind 45µl) zusammen mit dem angegebenen Probenvolumen angesaugt. Firmwareaustausch Die Firmware des AS 3900 ist auf einem EPROM gespeichert, dass sich auf der CPU Platine befindet. ACHTUNG! Das EPROM ist hoch empfindlich gegenüber elektrostatischen Entladungen. Beachten Sie die Vorsichtsmaßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Entladungen für die Handhabung sensibler Geräteteile. Tauschen Sie das EPROM wie folgt aus: • Notieren Sie sich alle programmierten Methoden, Systemeinstellungen und Serien, die Sie wieder verwenden möchten. • Schalten Sie den AS 3900 aus. • Entfernen Sie die 4 mit (A) markierten Schrauben an der Geräterückwand, siehe Abb. 56. • Öffnen Sie die Geräterückseite. • Entfernen Sie das alte EPROM und setzen Sie das neue auf der CPU Platine ein, siehe Abb. 57. Stellen Sie sicher, das alle Pins des EPROM richtig im IC-Sockel sitzen. Die kleine Markierung an der EPROM Oberseite muss in die gleiche Richtung zeigen wie die auf dem IC-Sockel. • Setzen Sie die Rückwand wieder ein und schrauben sie fest. • Überprüfen sie alle Systemeinstellungen nach dem Einbau des neuen EPROM.
