injected three times each.

1) Add 90 µl Reag-A to DESTINATION
2) Add 90 µl Reag-A to DESTINATION
3) Add 40µl SAMPLE to DESTINATION
4) Add 90 µl Reag-A to DESTINATION
5) Add 90 µl Reag-A to DESTINATION
MIX 3 times with 250 µl
END OF MIX METHOD
