46 Operation<br />

With the Next Injection Input AS <strong>3900</strong> will start the next injection in the<br />

Series. If the Series was completed, it starts the next injection from the<br />

next Series, until all Series have been completed.<br />

During the Run, AS <strong>3900</strong> shows the following information:<br />

STATUS: RUNNING TIME: 0:00:00<br />

SERIES:01 SAMPLE:01 INJ: 1/1 OVEN:--°C<br />

METHOD:01 TRAY:--°C<br />

r AUX: 12<br />

A blinking “r” in the lower left corner of the Run screen, indicates the AS<br />

<strong>3900</strong> is running in Remote Control mode.<br />

After completion of all Series the AS <strong>3900</strong> will display the following<br />

screen:<br />

SERIES COMPLETED VIA REMOTE CONTROL<br />

To return to the Ready screen press [Escape]. From the Ready screen<br />

the AS <strong>3900</strong> can be re-started by pressing the [Start/Stop] key.<br />

As long as the previous screen is displayed, it is not possible to restart<br />

the AS <strong>3900</strong> with a Next Injection Input.<br />

Priority sample<br />

For an emergency sample, AS <strong>3900</strong> offers the possibility to analyze it<br />

immediately without stopping the current Run.<br />

Press [Priority], to enter the priority-programming mode.<br />

Enter the position of the priority sample.<br />

PROGRAMMING PRIORITY<br />

PRIORITY SAMPLE: 12<br />

Return to the Run screen by pressing [Escape], the priority sample will<br />

be processed after the current sample has finished, with the method,<br />

which is running at the moment of entering the vial number.<br />

To indicate the priority sample has been activated, a blinking “p” is<br />

displayed in the Run screen.<br />

STATUS: RUNNING TIME: 0:00:00<br />

SERIES:01 SAMPLE:01 INJ: 1/1 OVEN:--°C<br />

METHOD:01 TRAY:--°C<br />

p AUX: 12<br />

As long as the “p” is blinking it is possible to change or remove the<br />

priority sample.<br />

The priority mode is only available during the execution of a Series<br />

with a method, which does NOT contain a Mix.
