1. To elaborate a project where the stress shall be made on the factors of good faith and moral, as we believe that in most
cases the violated rights are the results of violation of these principles.
2. To elaborate a project that will stipulate both legal and psychological factors of relations between a doctor and a
patient. In my opinion, the indicated issues should be taught as mandatory subjects at a medical faculty.
3. As doctors are ordinary people too, who may make mistakes, it would be good to introduce an “institution of repent”
under which the doctors shall be given a possibility to recognize their mistakes on condition that no punishment
norms shall be applied. By introduction of the indicated institution a relevant body will study grounds of the committed
“mistakes” that will enable us to exercise control and therefore, to eradicate them.
It should be noted that the repent institution is in function in the United States and is very popular. It has a significant
influence on moral and legal relations between a doctor and a patient.
