題 目 gCluster: An Efficient Biclustering Approach for Microarray Data<br />

摘 要 Biclustering techniques have been used to find the coherent patterns of both genes and conditions<br />
in the DNA microarray expression data. If we can find these relations, we can help biologists<br />
understand what happened in a cell. However, identifying biclusters in microarray datasets is a<br />
difficult task. In this paper, we propose a graph-based algorithm which provides an efficient<br />
approach to discover the biclusters. The graph-based algorithm represents the MDSs as a graph.<br />
Then, by dividing the nodes to several groups, the biclusters can be discovered efficiently. We<br />
conduct several experiments using different datasets. The simulation results show that the<br />
gCluster algorithm outperforms the MicroCluster algorithm in the execution time for all datasets.<br />
