摘 要 With increasingly fierce competition, organizations within the retailing and logistics sectors have
been forced to adopt RFID technologies as a means to maintain relative competitive advantage.
Even as the RFID technology or system becomes more and more popular, the following
questions remain an important issue for the potential adopters: (1) what are the real benefits for
the adoption and implementation of RFID system, and (2) how far and fast should the companies
move to embrace this technology?
Importance-performance Analysis (IPA) is a simple and effective management analysis tool that
has been successfully applied in the marketing field for years. From a manufacturing company
core competence perspective, this empirical investigation (n=134) found that warehouse
management may have a special need to focus continuously on improving its performance.

摘 要 鑑 於 企 業 經 常 發 生 財 報 不 實 , 對 社 會 與 整 體 經 濟 帶 來 了 嚴 重 的 衝 擊 , 這 不 僅 令 投 資 大 眾 對
企 業 財 務 資 訊 的 可 信 度 產 生 質 疑 , 連 帶 亦 引 發 會 計 師 角 色 扮 演 及 其 責 任 問 題 。 因 此 許 多 學
者 與 研 究 報 告 強 調 會 計 專 業 道 德 提 昇 之 重 要 性 與 “ 誠 信 危 機 " 的 挑 戰 , 已 是 一 個 不 容 忽 視
的 議 題 , 因 此 本 研 究 以 台 灣 大 學 生 為 研 究 對 象 , 利 用 t 檢 定 、 多 元 迴 歸 及 二 因 子 重 複 量 數 等
分 析 方 法 進 行 資 料 分 析 。 其 分 析 結 果 如 下 :
道 德 強 度 可 簡 化 成 「 潛 在 損 害 」 及 「 社 會 壓 力 」 兩 因 素 , 且 道 德 決 策 初 期 均 受 到 「 潛 在 損
害 」 與 「 社 會 壓 力 」 的 影 響 , 在 進 入 道 德 判 斷 及 道 德 意 圖 的 決 策 階 段 時 , 則 「 潛 在 傷 害 」
發 揮 正 向 顯 著 的 影 響 。
受 測 者 面 臨 不 同 會 計 道 德 事 件 情 境 時 , 普 遍 認 為 操 縱 損 益 與 核 准 有 問 題 的 費 用 兩 個 行 為 情
境 對 人 們 造 成 的 傷 害 較 高 , 且 會 計 人 員 應 秉 持 其 高 度 的 專 業 道 德 , 為 投 資 者 提 供 具 誠 信 的
財 務 資 訊 。
