3. In the Pager tab:<br />

a. Go to the Digital Asset Transmissions section.<br />

b. Select Enable notification via pager.<br />

c. Type the message.<br />

4. In the SNMP Trap tab:<br />

a. Go to the Digital Asset Transmissions section.<br />

b. Select Enable notification via SNMP trap.<br />

c. Accept or modify the default message. You can use token variables to<br />

represent data in the Message field. See Token Variables for Digital Asset Control<br />

Notifications on page 9-70 for details.<br />

5. In the NT Event Log tab:<br />

a. Go to the Digital Asset Transmissions section.<br />

b. Select Enable notification via NT Event Log.<br />

c. Accept or modify the default message. You can use token variables to<br />

represent data in the Message field. See Token Variables for Digital Asset Control<br />

Notifications on page 9-70 for details.<br />

6. Click Save.<br />

Digital Asset Control Notifications for Client Users<br />

<strong>OfficeScan</strong> can display notification messages on client computers immediately after it<br />

allows or blocks the transmission of digital assets.<br />

To notify users that digital asset transmission was blocked or allowed, select the option<br />

Notify the client user when you create a Digital Asset Control policy. For instructions<br />

on creating a policy, see Configuring Digital Asset Control Policies on page 9-64.<br />

To configure Digital Asset Control notifications for client users:<br />

PATH: NOTIFICATIONS > CLIENT USER NOTIFICATIONS<br />

1. Click the Digital Asset Transmissions tab.<br />

2. Accept or modify the default message.<br />

3. Click Save.<br />
