Client Information<br />

The View Status screen displays important information about <strong>OfficeScan</strong> clients,<br />

including privileges, client software details and system events.<br />

To view client information:<br />

PATH: NETWORKED COMPUTERS > CLIENT MANAGEMENT<br />

1. In the client tree, click the root domain icon<br />

specific domains or clients.<br />

to include all clients or select<br />

2. Click Status.<br />

3. View status information by expanding the client computer's name. If you selected<br />

multiple clients, click Expand All to view status information for all the selected<br />

clients.<br />

4. (Optional) Use the Reset buttons to set the security risk count back to zero.<br />

Importing and Exporting Client Settings<br />

<strong>OfficeScan</strong> allows you to export client tree settings applied by a particular client or<br />

domain to a file. You can then import the file to apply the settings to other clients and<br />

domains or to another <strong>OfficeScan</strong> server of the same version.<br />

All client tree settings, except Update Agent settings, will be exported.<br />

To export client settings to a file:<br />

PATH: NETWORKED COMPUTERS > CLIENT MANAGEMENT<br />

1. In the client tree, click the root domain icon<br />

specific domain or client.<br />

2. Click Settings > Export Settings.<br />

3. Click any of the links to view the settings for the client or domain you selected.<br />

4. Click Export to save the settings. The settings are saved in a .dat file.<br />

5. Click Save and then specify the location to which you want to save the .dat file.<br />

6. Click Save.
