The Web Console Banner<br />

The banner area of the web console provides you the following options:<br />

• What’s New: Opens a page with a list of new features included in the current<br />

• Contents and Index: Opens the <strong>OfficeScan</strong> Server <strong>Help</strong><br />

• Knowledge Base: Opens the <strong>Trend</strong> Micro Knowledge Base, where you can view<br />

FAQs and updated product information, access customer support, and register<br />

<strong>OfficeScan</strong><br />

• Security Info: Displays the <strong>Trend</strong> Micro Security Information page, where you can<br />

read about the latest security risks<br />

• Sales: Displays the <strong>Trend</strong> Micro sales web page, where you can contact your<br />

regional sales representative<br />

• Support: Displays the <strong>Trend</strong> Micro support web page, where you can submit<br />

questions and find answers to common questions about <strong>Trend</strong> Micro products<br />

• About: Provides an overview of the product, instructions to check component<br />

version details, and a link to the Support Intelligence System. For details, see Support<br />

Intelligence System on page 17-2.
