Using Plug-in Manager 2. On the Plug-in Manager screen, go to the plug-in program section and click Download. The size of the plug-in program package displays beside the Download button. FIGURE 14-2. Note: If Plug-in Manager is unable to download the package, it automatically re-downloads after 24 hours. To manually trigger Plug-in Manager to download the package, restart the OfficeScan Plug-in Manager service from the Microsoft Management Console. 3. Monitor the download progress.
