RECOMMENDATIONS
1. That the Radio Commission of the Convention shall consist of one membe
from each cooperating state and the District of Columbia, and nine members at
large and that the members of the Committee shall be divided into three groups
as nearly equal as possible, and shall hold membership for three years approximately
one-third going out of office each year. '
2. And further, that the Radio Commission be authorized to incorporate
under the laws of Georgia, and to conduct its affairs according to a constitu
tion and by-laws which it shall adopt, and which shall be in keeping with the
principles and policies of the Convention.
76. The Convention adjourned.
