(1) That for 1947 the designated and undesignated southwide
Co-operative Program goal be ten million dollars, including both
current operating expenses and capital needs.
(2) That in keeping with the agreement between the Executive
Committee and all southwide agencies that the total operating
budget of the Southern Baptist Convention for 1947 be five
million dollars.
(3) That the following percentages apply to the distribution
of the first five million dollars for operational needs.

Administrative Committee of the Southern Baptist Convention
