inodorum ´Annebel´ - St.Johns Wort NEW!<br />

____ A seedling selection from Holland, growing broad and upright up<br />

to 1 m tall. Leaves 4 to 6 cm long, broadly ovate, light green at<br />

first, bluish green later. Flowers numerous, deep yellow 2.5 to<br />

3 cm in width, cup-shaped, with very long stamens, appearing<br />

from July to August (even September). Fruits oval, 1 cm in thickness,<br />

reddish brown to dark brown, fruit stalks red. A very healthy<br />

and hardy cultivar for floristic use. B, H, K, St, Z. Zone 6a.<br />

kalmianum ´Gemo´ (= erectum ´Gemo´) -<br />

____ An erect, upright-growing shrub, about 1 m tall; flowers are<br />

small, golden yellow, 2.5 to 3 cm in diameter, appearing in July<br />

to September - an exceptionally free-flowering, Danish newcomer<br />

of the Japanese wild species, very decorative and hardy. B,<br />

H, K, St, Z. Zone 5b.<br />

____ An evergreen, upright-growing, dense and bushy shrub, about<br />

1 m tall; leaves dark green, narrow and long; flowers golden<br />
