originating from the French SAPHO hybridisation programme.<br />

Branches spreading to upright growing, with rooting offshoots lying<br />

near the ground. Leaves lanceolate and light green in colour,<br />

up to 10 cm long. Flowers large, grapefruit-yellow, numerous,<br />

appearing from March to April. This is the “ground cover” Forsythia<br />

and spectacular autumn colours suitable for gardens and<br />
