ends; scale-like leaves are bluish-green and last for up<br />

to 4 years, turning reddish-bronze in winter; a tree that is resilient<br />

to stormy weather and for moist to fresh, well-drained soils with<br />

constant soil moisture, tolerate acidic to alkaline soil conditions<br />

(over pH 7.4), but must be protected from cold winds and sunny<br />

winters (fairly frost-sensitive when young) - a decorative tree for<br />
