Creating a report is quick <strong>and</strong> easy on your mailing system. You can print<br />
several types of reports on roll tape or envelopes using the system’s internal<br />
printer. You can also print more extensive reports if your system has an<br />
attached printer.<br />
The following is a list of available reports:<br />
Note: Services/Features may vary by model, country <strong>and</strong> or enabled features.<br />
• Single Account Report<br />
• Multi-Account Summary **<br />
• Last 5 Refills<br />
• Permit Mail Report (Currently not available in Canada)<br />
• Funds Report<br />
• Account List *<br />
• <strong>System</strong> Set Up *<br />
• Error Report<br />
• Job Report<br />
• Data Capture *<br />
• Short Service<br />
• Long Service<br />
* These reports require an external (attached) printer. For instructions<br />
on how to set up an attached printer, refer to Chapter 5, <strong>Mailing</strong> <strong>System</strong><br />
Setup in this guide.<br />

You may print reports using the mailing system’s internal printer, or an external<br />
(attached) printer if one is connected to your system.<br />
1. To print a report on an envelope, place an envelope on the feed deck<br />
<strong>and</strong> press the Start key.<br />
2. To print a report on tape, press the Tape key.<br />
