Multi-Account Summary External Printer Version DM400, DM500, DM550 Operating Guide This version of the Multi-Account Summary requires an external (attached) printer. Account numbers are assigned to the lowest level of the account hierarchy or transaction level. Top-level account numbers appear only if the account does not have any subaccounts. If the account has subaccounts, only the subaccounts are displayed. The piece and postage totals for accounts with subaccounts displays as “Subtotal.” Screen Display Account Summary Account Number Account Name Pieces Postage Subtotal Subtotal Grand Total Printed Report The Multi-Account Summary prints out on an attached printer. This report provides the following information: • PSD stamp number • Date report is printed • Time report is printed • Page number • Station ID • Number assigned to an account, subaccount, or sub-subaccount • Name of the account, subaccount, or sub-subaccount • Total of Items of mail for account, subaccount, or sub-subaccount • Amount of funds used in account • Total of funds used for each level of accounts • The grand total of pieces of mail • The grand total of the funds used SV61964 Rev. 8 • Reports Last 5 Refills Report 8-6 The Last Five Refills Report lists the last five refills for any enabled account and prints the information on a single envelope or strip of tape. The refills are displayed in chronological order.
