To view <strong>the</strong> defined user names, use <strong>the</strong> show running-config user command.<br />

encryption-type (OPTIONAL) Enter an encryption type <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> password entered. The<br />

options are:<br />

• 0 is <strong>the</strong> default and <strong>FTOS</strong> stores <strong>the</strong> password as clear text.<br />

• 7 to encrypt <strong>the</strong> password.<br />

privilege level (OPTIONAL) Enter <strong>the</strong> keyword privilege followed by a number from zero<br />

(0) to 15.<br />
