Entering a text string after the description command overwrites any previous text string
configured as the description. The shutdown and description commands are the only
commands that you can configure on an interface that is a member of a Port Channel. Use the
show interfaces description command to view descriptions configured for each interface.
duplex (10/100 Interfaces)
c e s Configure duplex mode on any physical interfaces with the speed set to 10/100.
Syntax duplex {half | full}
Parameters
To return to the default setting, enter no duplex.
