This command can be used to isolate problems with inter-area and external routes. In OSPF<br />

inter-area and external routes are calculated by adding LSA cost to <strong>the</strong> cost of reaching <strong>the</strong><br />

router. If an inter-area or external route is not of correct cost, <strong>the</strong> display can determine if <strong>the</strong><br />

path to <strong>the</strong> originating router is correct or not.<br />
