service-queue<br />

A single policy-map can be attached to one or more interfaces to specify <strong>the</strong> service-policy<br />

<strong>for</strong> those interfaces. A policy map attached to an interface can be modified.<br />

Syntax service-queue queue-id [class-map class-map-name] [qos-policy qos-policy-name]<br />

Parameters<br />

To remove <strong>the</strong> queue assignment, use <strong>the</strong> no service-queue queue-id [class-map<br />

class-map-name] [qos-policy qos-policy-name] command.<br />

Note: The service-policy commands are not allowed on a port channel.<br />

The service-policy input policy-map-name command and <strong>the</strong> service-class<br />

dynamic dot1p command are not allowed simultaneously on an interface. However, <strong>the</strong><br />

service-policy input command (without <strong>the</strong> policy-map-name option) and <strong>the</strong><br />

service-class dynamic dot1p command are allowed on an interface.<br />

queue-id Enter <strong>the</strong> value used to identify a queue. There are eight (8) queues<br />

per interface.<br />

policy name assigned to <strong>the</strong> queue in text <strong>for</strong>mat (16 characters<br />

maximum). This specifies <strong>the</strong> input QoS policy assigned to <strong>the</strong> queue<br />

under policy-map-input .<br />
