<strong>Command</strong> Modes EXEC<br />

Example<br />

vlan vlan-id (OPTIONAL) Enter <strong>the</strong> keyword vlan followed by <strong>the</strong> VLAN ID to<br />

view <strong>the</strong> MAC address assigned to <strong>the</strong> VLAN.<br />

Range: 1 to 4094.<br />

count (OPTIONAL) Enter <strong>the</strong> keyword count, followed optionally, by an<br />

interface or VLAN ID, to display total or interface-specific static<br />

addresses, dynamic addresses, and MAC addresses in use.<br />

Column Heading Description<br />

VlanId Displays <strong>the</strong> VLAN ID number.<br />

Mac Address Displays <strong>the</strong> MAC address in nn:nn:nn:nn:nn:nn <strong>for</strong>mat.<br />

Type Lists whe<strong>the</strong>r <strong>the</strong> MAC address was manually configured (Static) or learned<br />

(Dynamic).<br />

Interface Displays <strong>the</strong> interface type and slot/port in<strong>for</strong>mation. The following<br />

abbreviations describe <strong>the</strong> interface types:<br />

• gi—Gigabit E<strong>the</strong>rnet followed by a slot/port.<br />

• po—Port Channel followed by a number. Range: 1 to 32 <strong>for</strong> E<strong>the</strong>rScale, 1<br />

to 255 <strong>for</strong> TeraScale<br />

• so—Sonet followed by a slot/port.<br />

• te—10-Gigabit E<strong>the</strong>rnet followed by a slot/port.<br />

State Lists if <strong>the</strong> MAC address is in use (Active) or not in use (Inactive).<br />
