. GARNISHMENT/CHILD SUPPORT
When an employee's wages are garnished by a cou rt order, our company is
legally bound to wilhhold the amount indi caled in the garnishment order from lhe
employee's paycheck. Our company will, however, honor Federal and state
guidelines that protect a certain amount of an employee's income from being
subject to garnishment.
ADVANCES
The company does not provide any payroll advances or extend cred it to
employees.
