Additionally, the company will attempt to provide a reasonable accommodation,<br />
which is medically necessary, feasible and does not impose an undue hardship<br />
on the company as prescribed by applicable federal, state or local law.<br />
The company will abide by all requirements set forth by the Workers'<br />
Compensation Act and any other applicable law. No adverse action will be taken<br />
against an employee in retaliation for filing a workers' compensation claim.<br />
HOLIDAYS<br />
Regular employees who are regularly scheduled to work 35 or more hours per<br />
week are eligible for paid holidays upon completion <strong>of</strong> the introductory period and<br />
becoming a regular employee. On--call and training employees are not eligible for<br />
paid holidays.<br />
This company observes the following holidays during the year. They are:<br />

If one <strong>of</strong> the above holidays falls on a day on wh ich an employee's contract<br />
system is normally dosed and the client is observing that holiday by closing on<br />
another day, that day designated by the client will be the holiday. If the client's<br />
system will not be closed in observance <strong>of</strong> the holiday, the untaken holiday will<br />
be credited to the employee's Personal Day accrual. Even if Ole service on<br />
which the employee works observes more than five holidays by closing additional<br />
days, the company will only pay for lhe five holidays identified above. Employees<br />
may take accrued Per.~onal Time Off for the work hours missed due to the<br />
additional service closings.<br />
Eligible employees are paid for the holiday only if the holiday falls on his or her<br />
regularly scheduled workday. A day <strong>of</strong> holiday pay is equal to the hours the<br />
employee is regularly scheduled to work per service day. Non-exempt employees<br />
must work their complete scheduled workday before and after the holiday in<br />
order to be paid for the holiday, unless the employee was granted and approved<br />
use <strong>of</strong> Personal Days for the day before and/or after the holiday, and such<br />
approval was granted in accordance with Ihe Personal Day policy.<br />
PERSDNALDAYS<br />
The company has established a plan for paid Personal Days for the benefit <strong>of</strong> its<br />
eligible full-time employees. Part-time employees (those who are not regularly<br />
