be removed from service and will not be permitted to operate until repaired .
• Record Keeping I Maintenance Information System
G&S requires record keeping to document every aspect of the maintenance and accident reporting
process. As previously stated, a permanent file is maintained for each vehicle. AU repair orders, PMJ
records, vehicle warranty information, tecall compliance documentation, CHP inspection reports,
vehicle accident reports, etc. are maintained in a permanent vehicle file. It is he maintenance
supervisors responsibility to ensure that he files are maintained in accordance with procedures.
The company utilizes the MaintStar Fleet Maintenance Management System. This state of the art
