CONFIDENTlALTIY OF CUSTOMER MATTERS<br />

Our pr<strong>of</strong>essional ethics require that each employee maintain the highest degree<br />

<strong>of</strong> confidentiality when handling customer matters. In order to maintain this<br />

pr<strong>of</strong>essional confidence, no employee shall disclose customer inforrna!ion to<br />

outsiders, including other customers or third parties and members <strong>of</strong> one's<br />

family.<br />

Questions concerning customer confid entiality may be addressed to the<br />

supervisor.<br />

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY<br />

Regular attendance ;3.(1d punctuality are expected <strong>of</strong> all employees. If an<br />

emp loyee is unable to report to work or wi ll be late, the employee must noury the<br />

supervisor or department head at leas! 60 minutes before the employee's<br />

scheduled arrival time. If an employee is unable to reach either <strong>of</strong> these<br />

individuals please leave word with the dispatch center. Such notice must be<br />

given as far in advance as possible <strong>of</strong> the time assigned for reporting to work in<br />

order that a replacement can be called. When reporting an absence, the<br />

expecte€! date <strong>of</strong> retum to work must be given. If unknown, a call will be required<br />

each day. If an employee is out <strong>of</strong> town and for some reason cannot report to<br />

work, the employer will accept a telegram for the purpose <strong>of</strong> reporting an<br />

absence. -<br />

Disciplinary action up to and possibly including immediate tel'mination may be<br />

imposed against an employee who is absent for one or more days without proper<br />

notice or justification found satisfactory by the employer. An employee who is<br />

absent for two or more consecutive days without reporting or calling will be<br />

considered to have abandoned his/her job and will be considered to have<br />

voluntarily resigned unless a reasonable excuse is <strong>of</strong>fered and accepted by Ihe<br />

employer.<br />

EXCIIANGING SHIFTS<br />

An employee is not permitted to exchange shifts with another employee without<br />

the prior authorization <strong>of</strong> both employees' supervisors. No authorization for<br />

exchanging shifts will be granted unless the exchange can be accomplished<br />

without interference with tlle company's. operations and without eitller employee<br />

working overtime.<br />
