record, and receiving evidence, both oral and documentary, with regard to the application of
G&S Transit Management, Inc. DBA Ci ty Cab, 7955 San Fernando Road, Sun Valley, CA
91352, for an owner's permit to operate fifteen (1S) vehicles for taxicab service in Ihe City of
Glendale, the Transportation & Parking Commission hereby continues the matter without
further public notice \0 February 22, 2010, for the purpose of preparing findings in support of
DENIAL of said application.
